My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with ample towels provided. However, there was a slight musty smell. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always available at reception. The location was perfect, right across from a huge mall and close to Universal Studios. The dining options were tasty, although standard fare. Overall, a great experience with a few minor setbacks.
